Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number, arrival and departure dates. It is important to verify that all the details are correct.

2. Check-in and check-out times:

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please inform us in advance so we can guarantee your reservation.

3. Reservation cancellation and modification policies:

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the check-in date. If the cancellation is made outside this period, the first night of the stay will be charged. This penalty will be subject to VAT of 21%.

Reservation modifications are subject to availability. To make any changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via email or by phone at +5403757420190.

In case of no show (No Show), the first night of the stay will be charged and the rest of the reservation will be automatically canceled. This charge will also be subject to VAT of 21%.

4. Payment and tax policies

We accept credit card payments. All payments will be processed in local currency (Argentine peso).

Based on local tax laws, all Argentine citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee of 21% (VAT). Foreign tourists paying with a foreign credit/debit card or foreign bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional VAT on accommodation and breakfast. To apply this exemption, it is necessary to present a foreign passport or identification document, together with a document issued by the national immigration authorities, if applicable.
